How it Works

  • Step 1 – Assess

We begin with the scientifically-validated PostureScreen assessment — capturing images and movement data to identify imbalances and limitations.

  • Step 2 – Analyze

Our certified specialists review your results, create a visual report, and explain exactly where improvements can be made.

  • Step 3 – Apply

We design a customized posture and movement program — delivered in-studio, in-home, or at your workplace/community.

First Time at Postura?

If you’ve never experienced a posture and movement analysis before — get ready to feel empowered! Your posture specialist will greet you, discuss your current mobility, activity level, and any injuries or areas of discomfort, then walk you through exactly what to expect.

Your session begins with a PostureScreen assessment using our advanced PostureCo technology. We’ll capture posture images, analyze movement patterns, and identify imbalances that may be affecting your comfort, performance, or everyday mobility.

From there, we’ll guide you through gentle movement assessments and targeted exercises. Sessions are designed to be safe and comfortable — nothing should ever be painful. Your specialist will communicate with you throughout to ensure you feel at ease and supported.

On-Site Sessions:
If we’re visiting your home or workplace, we’ll bring all necessary equipment. All you need is a small open space to move comfortably.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing (activewear recommended)
Bring grip socks (if mentioned)
Share any injuries, surgeries, or mobility concerns with your specialist

  • PostureCo’s PostureScreen technology captures high-resolution images and movement data to identify postural deviations, movement inefficiencies, and potential areas of imbalance. This scientific approach lets us design targeted programs to address the root causes of discomfort, mobility limitations, or postural issues — not just the symptoms.

  • Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing such as activewear or yoga attire. This ensures accurate posture and movement readings during your PostureScreen assessment.
